Stargate JV
Stargate (OpenAI/SoftBank/Oracle/MGX joint venture). The joint venture announced in January 2025 to build US AI data centers for OpenAI. Most sites called 'Stargate' are actually leased by Oracle and financed by third parties (developers, private credit and banks), not by the venture's own equity.
